Harold Elstner Talbott (b. 1888, Dayton, Ohio-d. 1957) was president Dayton Wright Airplane Company from 1916 to 1920 and served as an aviator in World War I. He was chairman of board of the North American Aviation Company in 1931 and 1932, then as director of aircraft production for the War Production Board in 1942 and 1943. William H. Tunner (b. 1906, Elizabeth, N.J.-d. Apr. 6, 1983), U.S. Air Force officer, graduated from West Point in 1928 and earned his pilot wings a year later.
